On October 30th 2024, THE WAMEYO FOUNDATION visited Khabakaya Secondary for a thanksgiving session to celebrate our candidates as they get ready to sit for their national exams. Mr. Rodgers Amunga represented the foundation and donated 5,000 KES for lunch for the students.
In a vote of appreciation the Principal of the school said the following:
” Today, we held a prayer service for our candidates. Mr. Amunga brought Ksh.5,000/= from THE WAMEYO FOUNDATION to help with their escort. Mr. Amunga contributed Ksh 1,000/= and parents and teachers donated a total of Ksh. 1,000/= . In total, we raised sh7,100. On behalf of the candidates, I want to thank THE WAMEYO FOUNDATION for their support, Mr. Amunga for his contributions and all board members for their encouragement. Your generosity made this day special.”
